附录B:多组或成束敷设载流量降低系数 Appendix B: Current-carrying capacity derating factor for multi-group or bundled laying
电缆多组及成束敷设方式对载流量有很大的影响,特依据GB/T16895.6-2014建筑物电气装置第5-52部分:电气设备的选择和安装布线系统进行编制,作为选型设计参考,另需注意如下事项:
1、线缆束降低系数是基于束中所有导体长期稳态 100 % 负荷率运行,由于装置运行条件的变化,负荷率小于 100 % 时,则线缆束的降低系数可高一些。
2、电缆敷设的间距对载流量有较大影响,间距大时,降低系数可提高。
3、下列表中的线缆束降低系数是导体截面与敷设方式的平均值,实际偏差 < 5 % ,请设计选择时综合考虑,如敷设条件超出范围,请查阅标准GB/T16895.6-2014,或根据已知的条件进行计算;
The multiple groups and bundled laying methods of cables have a significant impact on the current carrying capacity.Therefore,according to GB/T16895.6-2014 Electrical installations of buildings Part 5-52: Selection and installation of electrical equipment and wiring systems,this document is compiled asa reference for selectionand design.Additionall,the following points should be noted: 1.The cable bundle reduction factor is based on the long-term steady-state 100 % load rate operation of all conductors in the bundle.Due tochanges in device operating conditions,when the load rate is less than 100 % . the reduction factor of the cable bundle can be higher.

运输和贮存 Transportation and storage
电缆的运输和贮存应符合下列要求:
a)电缆应避免在露天存放,电缆盘不应平放;
b)运输中不应从高处扔下装有电缆的电缆盘,不应机械损伤电缆;
C)吊装包装件时,不应几盘同时吊装。在车辆、船舶等运输工具上,电缆盘应放置放稳,并用合适方法固定, 防止互撞或翻倒。
The transportation and storage of cables shall comply with the following requirements:
a) Cables should be avoided from being stored outdoors,and cable reels should not be laid flat; b) Cable reels containing cables should notbe dropped from high places during transportation, and cables should not be mechanically damaged;
c) When lifting packaging,several plates should not be lifted at the same time.On vehicles, ships,and other transportation vehicles,cable reels should be placed steadily and secured using appropriate methods to prevent collisions or tipping over.
