Nine Star's main products include deep groove ball bearings,electrically insulated bearings and cylindrical rollerbearings.Among them,the insulated bearing isa product that Nine Star successfully developed and put into production in 2010.It broke the monopoly of foreign insulated bearings in the market and ended the era of complete dependence on imports of insulated bearings. Nine Star isable to produce insulating bearings with inner diameters ranging from 3 0 \mathsf {mm } to 4 0 0 \mathsf {mm } and various types of insulating bearings derived from this range.Insulated bearings of conventional sizes are available from stock.Nine Star's insulated bearing products have a customer return rate of over 9 5 % . 绝缘轴承是具有绝缘性能的轴承。
绝缘轴承通常采用在轴承的内圈或外圈表面涂覆绝缘涂层来实现绝缘功能。这种绝缘涂层可以有效阻止电流通过轴承，防止电腐蚀现象的发生。

0 防止电腐蚀：电机运行过程中可能产生轴电压和轴电流，当电流通过轴承时，会在轴承滚道和滚动体表面产生电蚀坑、熔痕等损伤，影响轴承的使用寿命。绝缘轴承可避免这种电腐蚀所造成的损害，保障电机等设备运行更可靠。

Insulated bearings usually use insulation coatingsapplied to the inner orouter surface of the bearing to achieve insulation function.This insulation coating can effctively prevent current from passing through the bearing and prevent the occurrence of electrical corrosion.

深沟球轴承
产品特性
基本型的深沟球轴承由一个外圈，一个内圈、一组钢球和一组保持架构成。深沟球轴承类型有单列和双列两种，深沟球结构还分密封和开式两种结构，开式是指轴承不带密封结构，密封型深沟球分为防尘密封和防油密封。防尘密封盖材料为钢板冲压，只起到简单的防止灰尘进入轴承滚道。防油型为接触式油封，能有效的阻止轴承内的润滑脂外溢。

The basic typeofdeep groove ballbearing consists ofan outerring,an inner ring,asetof steel balls anda setof cages.There are two types ofdeep groove ballbearing,single row and double row,deep groove ball structure is also divided into sealed and open two structures,open refers to the bearing does not have a sealed structure,sealed deep groove ballis divided intodust seal and oil seal.Thedust seal cover material is steel plate stamping,which only plays a simple role in preventing dust from entering the bearing raceway. The oil-proof type is a contact oil seal, which can effectively prevent the leakage of grease inthe bearing.

圆柱滚子与滚道为线接触轴承。负荷能力大，主要承受径向负荷。滚动体与套圈挡边摩擦小，适于高速旋转。根据套圈有无挡边，可以分有NU、NJ、NUP、N、NF等单列圆柱滚子轴承，及NNU、NN等双列圆柱滚子轴承。该轴承是内圈、外圈可分离的结构。
