如何选择挤压机-Howto choose Extrusion Press
挤压机结构类型说明：Structure Type of the Extrusion Press:
长行程
动作过程：挤压完成后，挤压杆后退，挤压杆与挤压筒之间留有一根棒的距离。送棒机构上升送棒到位，挤压杆前进推棒进挤压筒并开始挤压过程。
特点：传统挤压机动作模式，稳定可靠。挤压杆移动距离长，非挤压循环时间较长。
Long Stroke
Workingprocess:Afterextrudeaccomplish,PressStemmovebackwardawayfromtheContainerBiletHolderachinemoveuptoload thebilettothepositionbetweenPressStemandontainerfrombottm.PressStemmovefrwardandpushthebilltitotheContaine Billet Holder Machine lower. Press Stem keep move forward and start extruding. Characteristic:Traditional way,stable.ThePressStemneed move long distance,dead cycle time is longer.
短行程后送棒
动作过程：挤压完成后，挤压杆后退，离开挤压筒，挤压杆侧移。侧送棒机构前进送棒到位，挤压杆移回到挤压中心位置，前进推棒进挤压筒并开始挤压过程。
特点：适合1450公吨及以上挤压机。挤压杆移动距离短，非挤压循环时间较短。
Short Stroke Back Loading
Workingproces:trextrudeaccompisressoeckwardafrothentaneadoeside.lleaseine loadingthebillttothepositionbetweenPressStemandContainer.BiletbepushtotheContainerbytebiletpusherwhichonthe Transfer Machine.Transfer Machine move back.Press Stem move forward and start extruding. Characteristic:SuitablefortheExtrusionPressabove1450MT.Press Stemmoveshortdistance,dead cycletimeisshort.
短行程前送棒
动作过程：挤压完成后，挤压杆与挤压筒同时后退，挤压杆不离开挤压筒。侧送棒机构前进送棒到位，铝棒在前梁和挤压筒之间，挤压杆与挤压 筒同时前进，挤压抵住铝棒，送棒机构缩回，挤压筒前进到位，开始挤压。
特点：挤压杆移动距离短，非挤压循环时间较短。铝棒与挤压筒无接触，对中性较好。

普通电机控制型：油泵电机直接启动。
变频节能控制型：油泵电机通过变频驱动器驱动。
伺服节能控制型：油泵电机通过伺服驱动器驱动。
Normal Control: The pump be controlled by normal motor.
VFD Control: The pump be controlled by VFD and broad-frequency Motor.
Servo Control: The pump be controlled by Servo Motor and Servo Driver. 旗胜挤压机委托第三方专业检测认证机构，历经6个多月的时间，跟踪检测了2种油泵控制类型（普通电机控制型和伺服节能控制型）的挤压机， 检测并认证结果如下伺服节能控制型较普通电机控制方式节能 1 5 . 9 ‰
